What began as a quest to change my body through fitness and nutrition has evolved into a profound journey of self-discovery. I spent a lot of my life with low confidence- I was uncomfortable in my body, constantly trying to shrink myself, and I felt stuck and unhappy despite trying everything (or so I thought at the time). The fitness world can be confusing and full of BS, and it can easily drag you down into a negative and disordered place under the illusion of self-improvement. Contrary to diet culture teachings, creating a version of yourself that you’re proud of will never come from hate, people-pleasing, restriction, or guilt. I have personally been along the whole spectrum- it wasn’t until I started to be open to change and willing to find what made me feel like I was in integrity that the magic started to happen. This has all led me to become the ever-evolving human and coach I am today.
I am passionate about integrating fitness and nutrition with LIFE, helping individuals embrace challenges and take ownership of their growth. I believe that being happy and being someone that you’re proud of at the end of the day involves learning through doing hard things and pursuing progress (not perfection)! Bettering yourself doesn’t look one way; I work WITH you to discover and implement the best strategies that resonate with your unique journey.
My mission is to support my clients in building confidence, competence, and autonomy, providing the tools for ongoing growth. We’ll work together as I guide you in doing the deep work, aligning your behaviors with your purpose and values so you can not only achieve your goals but shift your paradigms and become someone who feels like they have the tools to achieve any future goals, too. As a dedicated coach, I empower you to unlock your potential and embrace life fully, free from regret and guilt, so you can navigate future challenges with confidence.
